The request is free, no card details are needed and no money moves until you confirm.<\/p>\n Once we confirm availability, you pay a deposit by card (via PayPal or Stripe) or by direct bank transfer. The deposit amount is 15% of the total for bookings under US$100 and 10% for bookings of US$100 or more<\/strong>. The deposit secures your departure slot and the exact itinerary you chose.<\/p>\n The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour, in US dollars or Vietnamese dong at the day’s bank rate. Bank transfer is also accepted if you prefer to settle before the tour. We do not charge any fees for cash payment, and your guide gives you an itemised receipt right after the tour.<\/p>\n Children aged between the stated minimum and maximum pay 75% of the adult price; younger children ride for free when they can share a seat with a parent.
