Full description
This half-day tour shows both sides of Hanoi — the countryside hidden inside the city and its historic centre — from the back of a quiet electric scooter. A professional rider takes care of the driving (female riders are available on request) while your guide explains what you see.
Ride over Long Bien Bridge to Banana Island to share tea and fruit with a local family, then return to Truc Bach Lake and the McCain memorial, Tran Quoc Pagoda and the B-52 wreck. After the French Quarter and Ba Dinh, sit down to Pho Ga or Bun Cha at a family restaurant and finish with coffee on Train Street as the train rumbles past.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a driving licence?
No. You ride as a passenger behind a professional local rider, so no licence or riding experience is needed. Helmets are provided.
Are food and drinks included?
Yes — the food and drinks listed in the itinerary are included. Vegetarian and vegan options are available; just tell us about any dietary needs when you book.
What is the difference between the group and the private tour?
On the group tour you may share the experience with a few other travellers. The private tour is just for your party, with your own guide and vehicle, and the timing can be adapted to you.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run in rain or shine. We provide rain ponchos, and your guide may adjust the order of stops to keep you comfortable. If we have to cancel because the weather makes the tour unsafe, you can move it to another date free of charge or choose a full refund. If the tour goes ahead and you decide not to join, the deposit is not refundable, but you can still change your date.
Can I change my date or cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you can move your tour to another date, subject to availability.
Do I have to pay now?
Send a booking request for free. A small deposit secures your spot; the rest is paid on the tour day in cash (USD or VND) or by bank transfer.
How much do children pay?
Children aged 5–8 pay 75% of the adult price; under 5 join free.
