- You ride the e-bike yourself; you should be comfortable riding a bicycle
- Lotus flowers bloom mainly from May to August
- A surcharge applies on public holidays such as Lunar New Year, payable on site
- A deposit confirms your booking: 15% for bookings under $100, 10% for larger bookings. The balance is paid on the tour day in cash (USD or VND) or by bank transfer.
- Deposits are non-refundable. You can change your tour date, subject to availability.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a licence or to be very fit?
No licence is needed and the electric assistance makes pedalling easy. You should be comfortable riding a normal bicycle.
Are food and drinks included?
Yes — the food and drinks listed in the itinerary are included. Vegetarian and vegan options are available; just tell us about any dietary needs when you book.
What happens if it rains?
Tours run in rain or shine. We provide rain ponchos, and your guide may adjust the order of stops to keep you comfortable. If we have to cancel because the weather makes the tour unsafe, you can move it to another date free of charge or choose a full refund. If the tour goes ahead and you decide not to join, the deposit is not refundable, but you can still change your date.
How much do children pay?
Children aged 5–8 pay 75% of the adult price and children under 5 join for free. From age 9 the adult price applies.
Can I change my date or cancel?
