Your place is guaranteed once we have confirmed the booking and received the deposit. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded, but you can move your tour to another date free of charge, subject to availability.

03Prices, children and extras
- All prices are per person in US dollars and include VAT. Converted amounts in other currencies are estimates only.
- Group tours and private tours have their own prices, shown on each tour page.
- Children aged 5–8 pay 75% of the adult price. Children under 5 join free; from age 9 the adult price applies.
- Optional extras show their price in the booking form, for example a female guide in a traditional ao dai (+US$5 per person) on some tours.
- A public holiday surcharge may apply (for example Lunar New Year). The amount varies with the date and demand; we tell you the exact amount before we confirm your booking, and it is paid on site.
04Payment security
Online payments are made on PayPal's secure, encrypted checkout. Our website and staff never receive or store your full card number. Please never send card details or passwords by email or chat.
05Confirmation and invoices
After sending a request you receive a booking reference (ETA-…) and a summary; after paying the deposit you receive a payment confirmation. We issue invoices as required by Vietnamese law.
06Bookings made elsewhere
Bookings made through Tripadvisor/Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, Google or another platform follow that platform's payment and refund rules.
